Director
Ms Gertrude Chan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB Honours in 1980 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1981. Gertrude has been a Director of ComLaw LLC since its formation in 2001. Her principal areas
of practice include Conveyancing and Property Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Banking and Family Law.
Chua Li Suan
Director
Ms Chua Li Suan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB Honours in 1991, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1992. Li Suan has been a Director of ComLaw LLC since 2007. Her areas of practice are Insurance
Law, Vehicle and Industrial Accident Claims and Workers’ Compensation Claims.

Yeo Piah Chuan
Director
Mr Yeo Piah Chuan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB
Honours in 1980 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1981.
In 1985, Piah Chuan established the partnership firm Piah, Tan & Partners.
Following the merger of Piah Tan & Partners with ComLaw LLC, Piah Chuan joined ComLaw
LLC, and has been a Director since 2009. He has more than three decades of experience in
conveyancing, general litigation, and corporate work.

Devendarajah Vivekananda
Associate Director
Mr Devendarajah Vivekananda joined ComLaw LLC in 2006. His areas of practice are Civil
and Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Insurance Law, Probate and Administration of
Estates, Vehicle and Industrial Accident Claims and Workers’ Compensation Claims.
